Technical Support
To meet the challenges of the industry and to guide our valued customers, Altco has a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers who are part of Alteco’s sales and marketing team. The technical team provides customers with the support and services required in the initial stages of the project with all engineering data thus guiding the client during discussions with the consulting engineer/design engineer regarding aluminum requirements and the type of profile that can be used for manufacturing with particular importance for individual projects once the project requirements are completed between the technical support team and the client. Subsequent business aspects, temporary dates of delivery, etc. are handled by the commercial sales department which ensures timely delivery to the customer according to the schedule provided
